StencilLaser P 6060: Minimized investment costs for laser cutting of SMT stencils

To start the production process, you just need to make a few clicks on the screen. Choose the right frame from the library, insert the template, select the job, press Start and the process begins.

Using the LPKF CircuitCAM software, design templates can be saved and used for global modifications of opening shapes and sizes. Custom templates can be created for each customer and recalled when needed. Engraving of Data Matrix codes, part numbers or company logos on both sides of the template can be programmed quickly and easily.

The regular replacement of expensive lamps is avoided due to the LongLife fiber laser technology, as a result the system consumes less than 1,500 VA, minimizing energy costs.

It takes only a very short time to put the system into operation: Connect (115 V or 230 V), set up for operation and the first stencil can be produced. With its small footprint of less than 2 m², the system can even fit into tight spaces.
